Selective Laser Sintering
Selective laser sintering / Multi jet Fusion most popularly known as SLS or MJF are the most durable and sustainable additive manufacturing technologies when it comes to plastic.
About
The process is called powder bed fusion where the powder is sintered in a high temperature laser and is formed layer by layer. It is the most isotropic way of making a 3D Printed part when compared to all the processes.
There in only plastic that is Sintered to this date is Nylon – PA12.

The two market leaders in this domain:
-
HP
-
EOS.
Almost any product for any industry can be made with this process, and the best part of the plastic is it can be used for high temperature applications upto 120 deg C. The materials are ISO certified and can be directly use in real life scenarios.
